In these sessions, I weave together restorative, tension-releasing poses, with intentional breath in a guided container to bring you home to your body and find peace in the mind.

Neuroscience of The Chakras:
A deep dive into the ancient understandings of the energy system that governs the body, alongside modern science of the brain and biology of the body. This series works with the overlap of Eastern and Western Science.

FOUNDER & RETREAT LEADER
Abby is a 200-hour certified Yoga teacher, published yoga researcher, and an Usui Reiki Master practitioner with 6 years of teaching experience and an Honor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience.
She is certified in multistyle hatha, adaptive, and restorative styles of yoga. Her work blends integrated movement, nervous system healing, and energy balancing to help you heal the weather patterns of your mind, body, and nervous system.
Her approach weaves modern science with ancient wisdom, offering accessible, heart-centered practices to bring you home to the endless blue skies within.

Zee Hollingsworth
FITNESS COACH & MUSIC HEALING FACILITATOR
Zee is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), Manager and Lead Trainer at MA Fitness, and accomplished Spartan athlete. She has two years experience coaching kickboxing, self-defense, and functional movement.
Her offerings fuse strength training and cardio, empowering others through structure, resilience, and embodied discipline.
She’s also a professional musician, blending live saxophone and vocals into immersive sound healing experiences that invite presence, emotional release, and inner rhythm.

Paula Cano
COLOMBIAN HERBALIST STUDENT
Paula’s relationship with plants started in a Virginia garden, long before she had words for what she was doing.
She trained as a chef, learned the land at the Inn at Little Washington, and fell in love with the way food could nourish more than just the body.
After a near-fatal accident took the strength from her limbs and her ability to cook, she turned to biology and discovered a whole new languagefor what she'd always felt to be true:
Plants heal, and our bodies thrive when we are more connected to nature.
Now, through her herbalism studies, she brings that knowledge into ceremony.
Her herbal tea gatherings are an invitation to slow down, tune in, and remember that the body already knows the way home.
