1:1 Sessions at Metaphysically Me
Each 1:1 session is personalized to support your unique needs and create space for deep release and energetic rebalancing. We begin with a brief consultation, then move into a guided meditation and nervous system techniques to help your body soften and settle.
From there, I blend Reiki and a calming soundscape (of your choice) to support relaxation and energetic balance. Sessions can be hands-on or hands-off, depending on your comfort.
Clients often experience deep calm, emotional release, or a light, floating sensation. Some even drift into sleep as the body unwinds.
We close gently with grounding guided meditation, along with insights into energetic imbalances, supportive tools for continued release, and, when present, intuitive messages.Every Thursday from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Gentle restorative-style yoga with invitations for stillness, gentle movement, and deep breath. Followed by a nourishing group reiki session.
