An extended experience for those wanting more spaciousness, reflection and integration.
Reiki offers a space to calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the innate healing wisdom of your body.
During our session together, I’ll guide you in with a short meditation, then I will play a personalized and fully immersive soundscape for you to enjoy as we go through the session together. As we move through the energy field of the body, I will be tuning into key points in your system to release blockages, reduce inflammation, and promote harmony in your nervous system. We close gently with grounding guided meditation, along with insights into energetic imbalances, supportive tools, and when present, intuitive messages.
Each session is personalized to your unique needs, and will honor your preference for hands on or hands off care.
You can expect deep relaxation, tension relief, and sometimes, even a little nap.
